Situation: Tech support fixes your database and emails it back to you. This is what to do next.
- Determine location of your current database.
- Close HICSOAP
- Rename the file determine in Step 1. For example, if it is c:\HicSoapPro\Data\HicDatabase.hdf then you could rename it to c:\HicSoapPro\Data\HicDatabase - old and replace YYYY-MMM-DD.hdf
- Download the database file that tech support sent you.
- Move the downloaded database file to the exact location and file name that you determined in STEP 1.
- Start HICSOAP.
These steps will replace your old database with the new database that tech support sent you.
