Disable Anti-Virus scanning

Because HICSOAP is not well known or widely used compared to programs like Microsoft Word, files that are part of the installation are sometimes deleted by anti-virus programs because of a false-positive virus detection. In that case it may look like the HICSOAP program has disappeared.

To get your anti-virus program to play nice, either disable it all together or configure it not to scan the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Holladay" folder. Then re-install HICSOAP.

You can verify the location of the HICSOAP program by right-clicking the associated Desktop icon and clicking PROPERTIES.

Here is an example of an antivirus having Quarantined the Hicsoap program because it mistakingly thought that it was a virus.
