If printing isn't working then first verify that you can print from Microsoft Word (or if that isn't installed then from WordPad which comes with Windows). If you can't print from Word then you need to solve that first before printing from HICSOAP.

If printing from Word is working then in HICSOAP view the Pre-Op Exam screen for a patient and then click FILE -> PRINT..., select a printer, and then click OK to print. Sometimes the problem is that the default printer is not set correctly so doing this allows you to choose your printer.

And the last thing to try is MAIN MENU -> PROGRAM & SURGEON SETUP -> ADVANCED SETTINGS tab -> SOAP GRAPH PRINTING MODE set to either Alternate or Screen Capture. And then try printing.
