Does Not Work

Problem: You send support@hicsoap.com your registration number and are given an unlock code. This code doesn't work to unlock your installation of HICSOAP.

Possible explanations include

  1. There is a typo somewhere. Verify that the registration number that you emailed is the same as presented on the screen that requests an unlock code. Verify that you are entering the unlock code correctly.
  2. You aren't licensed to use the software version that you have installed. When you request an unlock code, support doesn't know what version of the program you have installed. Therefore we will generate an unlock code regardless of whether you are licensed to use the software version you have installed. But the unlock code will not work unless you are licensed to use the particular version you have installed. The solution is to verify with support@hicsoap.com that you are licensed to use the version that you have installed. If you aren't then the option is to install an older version that you are licensed to use or to purchase a support subscription.
