Purchased Support - Now What?
You have purchased support and wonder what happens next with regards to running and installing the latest release of HICSOAP. Many customers expect us to do something like send them a code after they pay for a subscription. But we don't because in many cases it's not necessary and we couldn't anyway without a registration number. So, what you should do after buying a support subscription depends on your current situation and what you want to do.
Having said that, there are 2 things that you should do after buying support. First, verify that your installation of HICSOAP is aware of your purchase of support. And the second, is install and use the latest version.
To accomplish the first, you should verify the support expiration date in the upper right-hand corner of the MAIN MENU is accurate. If it is not accurate and therefore doesn't reflect your recent support subscription purchase then you can fix this by requesting a new unlock key.
And to accomplish the second, if you are currently running an older version, go ahead and update to the latest version.
If you have previously installed a newer version that wouldn't run because you hadn't purchased support, it may simply start working. However, if not then you can request a new unlock code by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org your registration number and then entering the new unlock key. You may find that the new version refuses to run and you keep getting the old version in which case read this.
