Change Data

You can't change PRE-OP data if SURGERY data has been entered and you can't change SURGERY data if POST OP data has been entered. So if you want to change PRE-OP data you must first delete SURGERY and POST OP data. If you want to change SURGERY data you must first delete POST OP data. To do this select the patient and the thing you want to delete and click DELETE.
