System Requirements

The system requirements for the PROFESSIONAL (or DELUXE) edition are

1. Operating System

   • Windows 10 and 11 are fully supported.

   • Windows 7 and 8 - not supported

   • The last version that works in Windows XP and Vista is Version 2016.1210

   • The last version that worked on Windows 2000 is Version 2010.03

2. 32 or 64 bit Windows

3. Memory: 2GB or more

4. Hard drive: 2GB of free space on the hard drive or more

5. Screen Resolution of 1280x1024 or higher - it will run on lower resolutions but some elements of the screen may not be visible.

6. Networking - if you choose to locate the database on a different computer than you install the program and access the database over the network, the network needs to operate at physical LAN speeds. If the server is located at a different postal address and you connect to the shared folder using some kind of WAN technology like a VPN via the internet then the connection speed will not be fast enough and it will cause problems.

STANDARD edition does NOT run in WINDOWS Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11. It requires XP or older.

Our software does NOT work with any of the following

1. Android Operating System

2. Apple/Mac/iOS/iPhone/iPad

3. Windows RT
