When you download the HICSOAP install program using Microsoft Edge, Edge may complain that the download isn't recognized. Here is how to get the file to actually download.

1. Click the DOWNLOADS button. (purple arrow) If you don't see the downloads button you can access DOWNLOADS via the main EDGE menu or you can simply download HICSOAP again.

2. Click ... (red arrow)

3. Click KEEP (red arrow)

4. Click SHOW MORE (red arrow)

5. Click KEEP ANYWAY (red arrow)

6. That should do it. The file should now successfully download.
