Unlock

Before concerning yourself with registering or unlocking, you must Install HICSOAP first.

All installations of HICSOAP start as a fully functioning 30-day trial. For the program to continue working past the initial 30 days, it must be unlocked. Each installation generates a unique registration number. UNLOCK keys are generated by Holladay Software to match this unique REGISTRATION NUMBER. You can't use an unlock key from one installation to unlock another. So to unlock your installation you need a new unlock key to match your new, unique registration number.

When you start the program, you are prompted for an unlock key, right?  Please email the registration number, the name of your clinic, and your clinic's phone number to support@hicsoap.com. A human (not a computer program) will email back your UNLOCK KEY in a day or two. In the meantime, you can click TRY PROFESSIONAL EDITION to use our program as a fully functioning trial.

Please keep in mind that our providing an UNLOCK KEY requires that you have a current SUBSCRIPTION and a version of HICSOAP that is less than 1 year old. We are not able to determine UNLOCK KEYS for versions older than one year.

Starting in 2024, we only provide unlock keys for the PROFESSIONAL edition. If you have the DELUXE edition and you need an unlock key, you will first need to upgrade to PROFESSIONAL.
