DLL

The Hicsoap install program is self-contained, i.e. you don't have to install anything else to get it to work. However, it does make some assumptions about the underlying Windows system. In some cases basic, Windows "building-blocks" can be missing. When that happens you might get an error message referencing a missing DLL like this

To fix it use the command line 

winget upgrade --all

On March 4, 2025 that fixed the problem for the screenshot.
