The unlock code for an installation of HICSOAP PROFESSIONAL has an expiration date. Releases of HICSOAP with version numbers after this expiration date will not work. After paying for support, you can get a new unlock code that will update your installation with your new expiration date. In most cases, however, it's not necessary to do this. So...

First, buy support.

Then wait a day. When you buy support, the online private customer database is updated with the fact that you have paid for support. HICSOAP, via the internet, is then usually notified of this change. After this communication, HICSOAP understands that you have purchased support and what your new support expiration date is. So in most cases, you don't have to do anything.

But if HICSOAP continues to request an unlock code when you click to run the latest version or if your install doesn't show the correct support expiration date, then you should update the support status via a new unlock code. Email support@hicsoap.com your registration number and request a new unlock code. Then either enter it when you start the program when you click to run the latest version. Or in the program, you can enter the unlock code. After receiving your new unlock code, enter it by MAIN MENU -> REGISTRATION -> UPDATE UNLOCK NUMBER. After entering, close the program and start it again.

You can confirm that it worked by the expiration date in the upper right-hand corner of the MAIN MENU.
